“The property was great and I love the fact there was near a shopping center with a Walmart in it”

“Our room was large and clean. The breakfast buffet was great. Check in and out went quickly and smoothly. Would stay here again.”

“poor”

“Had many issues with the room. The fan in bathroom was noisy. The plug for the hair dryer didn't work. The covers were dirty. The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night.”

“What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.”

“This was probably my 20th vrbo rental. Upon entering the property there is A very secluded driveway that leads to the home. Driving up the first notice is very old rusty outdated iron furniture with ancient cushions with standing water on them. You will need a tetanus shot immediately if you use these. Entering the home through sliding glass doors, first visual is a veryvery cluttered house full of yard sale and very poorly put together antiques. They were all bolted to the wall and during our...

“PERFECT fit for our weekend away! We’ll be back!”

“As advertised. Our only issue was that the beds were not comfortable. Very squeaky and shaky. If the beds were replaced, we would want to stay there on a regular basis.”

“I have to politely disagree with the ratings for this house. While it is beautiful, there are several significant downsides. There is no safe way to access the water from the pier. The ladder did not reach the water, was in two pieces, and came with no instructions. Fishing line was also strung across the pier at neck height, creating a serious hazard. I contacted the owner, who came to clean it up after our arrival.A machine attached to the mattress under the primary bedroom bed made strange...

“I cannot say enough about this property! House exceeded expectations! Host was great and kept in touch. Would absolutely return and would recommend. Secluded but close to anything you need. We loved it!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Ashley's property! The home was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The game room was fantastic, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Our only suggestion is to improve the cooling on the top floor during peak summer, as that bedroom tended to get quite hot.Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!”

“Amazing house and location. Jessica was awesome--super helpful and responsive. Beautiful!”

“Wonderfully clean, new renovation and ample space (3 baths!) made this an excellent place to call home for a few days. Beautiful beach on the Rappahannock just down the road (walking or golf cart distance). ”

“My family had a great time. The water was great for swimming. Had a place to tie up your boat. The fire pit was great for S’mores.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Corey was attentive and responsive, and the home was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially loved the spacious yard, incredible views, large gathering area, and beautiful windows. The only minor issue was that the upstairs A/C unit struggled to keep a few bedrooms cool, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. We would definitely recommend this home to others”

“Great location, quiet even though close to highway, front desk staff very friendly, clean, GREAT PILLOWS, comfy bed! Was here only for 1 night but pleasantly surprised how nice and clean and fairly updated and honestly how spacious this was for a quality inn. Would stay again”

“If you want a quiet slice of VA/Potomac waterfront, this is the place.”

“This is our 4th time to come here and the view still amaze me. Fishing is great in this area. My family and I really had an amazing, fun and relaxing stay as always. See you next time.”
